No tv, no microwave, no coffee, no a/c, needs complete renovation from top to bottom , charged us extra 15$/night because of large breed dog which was not mentioned on the booking site

Nice view, fire pit, river sound.
It’s really old, the bed furniture everything. It smells too. The shower never stays at the same temp, ive burnt myself or frozen. Its so hot, you’ve got to keep the windows open but you hear everything around. Everything was rented around so.

Nothing, except the fact that you can see seals resting on a rock from the property.
Everything was old, smelling old. It is written in booking but we didn't see that there is no reception, keys need to be taken from another hotel.

The towels were clean
One stairway was condemned because of a broken step and can of paint was left at the stairs. The place is in need of complete maintenance. The other two buildings look better than the one we stayed in.

It was close to Percé
The smell, the inconfortable bed, water stink, no frudge, no air conditioner, no fan. A water boiler pot and no coffeee. Towells were stained. I was glade I had bring my own face cloths and towells.

Outdated, dusty room, terrible Wi-Fi, uncomfortable beds, no sound-proofing between rooms. Insects in the room.

Near ocean but no access kitchenette was good clean room bed were a bit hard but clean room great for people with mobility issue great for seniors and families. Great for pets too fire pit near the Roche perce great shopping I would return good value for your money. Budget motel
No ocean access. On a steep cliff but you can see seals sunbathing on the rock in front of motel

Location of the cottage right on the water was amazing. We were able to have a fire every night which was a real treat for us. Well equipped for those who want to cook for themselves. Comfortable beds.
Logistics on arrival were a bit challenging. You must go to another hotel to check-in which was detailed in our reservation, however there was some confusion around the address. Be sure to verify the checkin location carefully so to no waste any of your precious travel time.
