Location in the heart of Waikiki. I liked being in the Ali’i Tower with a view of the pool and partial view of the ocean. The room was wonderfully decorated and clean. It was so spacious!

The parking fee to park overnight I thought was pretty high.

The location of the property was good. We had a partial ocean view room.

This property has many buildings, it is a lot of people in a little area. The whole time we were there we could never find any available chairs at any of the pools. The beach area was packed. If you wanted a chair on the beach you had to pay for it which seems ridiculous for the amount you have to pay for the rooms. All restaurants on the property were very expensive for what you get.

Outdated place. Water pressure was weak and the toilet wasn’t working properly.

The amenities were fantastic!

The seats out on the balcony are very uncomfortable. It would have been nice to have comfortable seating outside.

The location. Right on the beach, and the many pools to swim in.

Too busy. Way too many people at times. The elevators were so slow and you couldn’t even fit in (especially after the fireworks) we had to get the 4th one back up to our room and wait around downstairs with the children.

It’s an older hotel that has seen better days. The cost of the hotel is outrageous compared to other hotels close by.

Upgraded to a corner suite on the 22nd floor. had an amazing veiw of Diamond Head.

Al momento del check-out te cobran un fee de 50 usd + taxes por día uso del resort que debería venir incluido en el precio (adicional a los taxes que normalmente cobran al llegar) 3. La limpieza de los baños es mala porque el resort está abierto al público y cualquier persona puede entrar a consumir. 4. Se escucha mucho ruido con las habitaciones contiguas porque las paredes son como tablaroca y hay puertas internas para compartir. 5. Kids pool slides were never opened up same time, pool towel card system was a pain specially after hours to collect and return.

The rooms were very clean. Very friendly staff.

A refrigerator that doesn't require you to turn it on every 2 hours and complimentary waters

The valet guys were great

Front desk staff and concierge were not overly helpful and more interested in getting us to go to an info session

Proximity of everything was good. Great info from the team there. Jenn in particular from the concierge desk was great. Beautiful view over waikiki beach from our room in Ali'i tower.

We stayed in the Ali'i tower. I guess for the $ per night I expected something more updated. It could do with a spruce up. Overall fine. The pools are not heated (I think the one with the slides might be, but it's full of kids of course) and were COLD. The adults only pool in Kalia tower had a hot pool but it was gross. Don't do the 'tour' if it's offered. It's a 2 hour sales pitch where they try to get you to buy what is essentially an updated version of a timeshare.

Great location and nice rooms

The property was beautiful. The staff in every department was very nice, professional, friendly, just absolutely made you feel very welcome. Absolutely made our stay very enjoyable!!

The beds in the Rainbow Tower could use improvements. They are not the most comfortable. Feel a bit dated. Our balcony table was broken did call to have it replaced. They brought another table and the second one was cracked but at least this glass wasn’t broken like the last table. The coffee was terrible in taste. Could have better tasting coffee to be able to enjoy the morning sunrise on the beach front patio. Also I really wish the service in the cups were set up for four in the room, since our reservation was for four and not two. Just small details that mean a lot when you’re staying for five days. Last but not least would loved it if the room had a small microwave. I eat very little at time and then get hungry again. Wish I can reheat my leftovers instead of having to eat them cold. Just small details to a room that make a big difference in comfort when you’re already paying so much money.

The location was amazing. The beach, the pools were great. One of the best trips we have had!

The elevators.

Central walkable location to beaches and shopping. Close to many restaurants/shops and close to Ala Moana.

My girlfriend is 7 months pregnant and we were locked out due to a mechanical failure of the hotel room door. We had to wait almost 40 minutes outside of our hotel room for maintenance to let us back in.

Family kid friendly.

Great location Super fun and friendly Amazingly convenient and comfortable.

Long walk for food and taxis.

Selection of shopping and dining. Location was easily walkable and and easy to access transportation. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Bedding and linens were comfortable and clean. Bathroom toiletries were top shelf. The grounds were kept clean. Landscape was beautiful. Refrigerator kept everything really cold. Interactive text make communication easy.

Additional signage on the property would be helpful. The deadbolt in our room was not operable.

Nice beach

The hotel is huge and it was crazy busy during Christmas time. The parking was very expensive from the hotel but also expensive from the neighborhood. It is far from the busy area of the town, takes about 25 minutes walk to the busy area. Some restaurants in the hotel but they are expensive and not very tasty.

Lots to do a great spot. Right on beach, lots of amenities on property!!! Grounds are beautiful. Lots to see and do on property. Staff was kind.

Our car was towed the first night, we were told it was ok to park where we parked. But apparently not. No one would help us locate our car. We were ‘up graded’ for an extra $30 a night but the room was not great for extra charge. Hot water was an issue for showering. Once we reported it they promptly fixed it.

Not much!

1. Air conditioning system in room wasn’t fully serviced and functioning properly making it so noisy that it had to be turned off for the night. 2. Staff were patronising. 3. There are no policing of pool rules therefore allowing smokers and vaping to occur freely around children. 4. Occupants of neighbouring rooms partied all night keeping family up. 5. Room bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. 5 6. Despite notifying management of all of the above there was no offer of any compensation however they were happy to upsell their room for an additional $70 a night on top of already exorbitant rates claiming that this is due to the uncertainty of room selection when booking on booking.com 7. All round the worst Hotel we’ve ever stayed in, certainly would not recommend this hotel and chain to anyone as service now takes a clear 2nd place to taking as much of your money as possible.

Guest Service front office employees Joanne and Charlie was very helpful and accommodating. Our hotel room was clean and view was spectacular, very convenient with restaurants and shops, hotel facilities very clean. We definitely be back again.
