Staff were excellent and went above and beyond! We made a mistake in our reservation and they were able to fix it last minute and get us a pair of rooms for the day we arrived. The cleaning staff did a great job to get it ready for us fast. They also were very helpful with our bikes and arranging secure storage.
We also appreciated that they let us leave our vehicle in the parking lot past checkout so we could spend the afternoon using the bike park and visiting the village shops.
Some parts of the building and rooms looked like it could use a freshening up. New curtains, shower curtains.

Staff were great, room was great, kitchenette was great.
Hot tub was unavailable. Extra fee for parking was very annoying. Should include in total price.

Great location. We stopped here just for a night during the summer so it functioned very well as a place to sleep to break up the drive to Jasper. Very big room. Comfortable bed and good price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bathroom could do with upgrading but was very functional and wasn’t a problem. Also, had to pay for parking which seemed unnecessary but access was easy and spots were nice and big.
