Du personnel très souriant et à l'écoute. Des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Un emplacement pratique malgré le passage des avions. Cela était gênant lors des petits déjeuners pris à l'extérieur sinon aucun bruit dans la chambre.

Le manque de boisson non sucré au petit déjeuner et happy hour, un peu d'eau plate ou gazeuse aurait été apprécié. Le montant du parking journalier qui n'avait pas été mentionné sur le site.

It was beautiful, clean and nicely located to our cruise port.

Our room was extremely cold and the only option given to us was to turn off the air completely.

Amy was above and beyond! I was happy to have her assist me on two different occasions. The pool was open late, I took a late night swim. Security told me the time it closed but didn’t rush me. Breakfast were exceptional and the wash machine option was great too.

I wish someone helped me with my bags to my room. I had two suitcases. Later in the evening I needed more quarters for the dryer. The man , younger tall man , bigger in size a little sassy gave me so much attitude when I asked for $1 in quarters from a 20 ($10,$5, four ones, and $1 in quarters) he’s said “THATS IT” the attitude was not needed. Breaking $20 sucks but have more change if your machine only takes quarters

Didn’t have breakfast. Left my husbands shaver behind called 5 times no answer at all. Not even the front desk. This isn’t a way to run a hotel.

It was very clean.

A couple employees unpleasantness. When we called and told them we would be arriving around 10am from getting off ship, asked if possible early check in if room is available they said yes, but then when we got there they charged us $80.00 for early check in.

Everything but jasmin the hotel receptionist was who really made me feel like my stay there will be amazing she made me feel warm and welcomed especially if I was very sleepy from working all day and so my mind was pretty in and out lol but she took her time explained to me everything what I needed to know

Der tägliche sowie insbesondere der nächtliche Lärm von den hupenden vorbeifahrenden Zügen. Vom Fluglärm des benachbarten Groß-Flughafens MIA war im Gegenzug fast garnichts wahrzunehmen.

Had so much fun hanging out in the main area by the bar. I was able to sit at a table with friends for privacy but had access to the bar and restaurant. It was perfect for not having to leave the property at night. Staff really made the night.

Did hear some construction noises thru the walls at night. Not a big deal, my wife had no problem sleeping

Location is close to airport. Rooms are very large with comfortable beds. Pool area is nice.

I really can’t think of anything, lobby was a little loud at times but it didn’t affect us negatively. Oh the little balconies are laughable but didn’t bother me.

Soiled bed linens. A couple of the staff were less than friendly.

lamentablemenete el servicio de limpieza es horroroso, NO me han hecho la habitacion 2 dias ...... algo inconbebible para un HILTON, ayer reclame en el el lobby y me dijeron que me harian un 25% de descuento por el problema y que hoy la harian sin falta, para mi sorpresa cuando llege a las 20.00 hrs al hotel tampoco estaba hecha la habitacion, baje a reclamar y me dijeron que la harian ahora , pero con respecto a lo del descuento del dia anterior no estaba ...... creo que tratar asi a un huesped no es de la categoria de un hotel HILTON, exijo el descuento que me dijeron en el Lobby y que no quieten aplicarme. mi habitaciones la 524. Saludos

Room was great - large suites. Breakfast was great too. They operated a free shuttle service to / from the airport too. The refurbishment has been great.

The staff were overworked, and depending upon who you asked you got a different answer (we asked for extended check out and the night before was told it was not possible due to being fully booked and the next morning we asked again and was given it with no fuss but extra charge, which we expected). The room we had this time was on the opposite end of the hotel from the reception and main entrance and was far noisier than the prior time we stayed (above entrance/main reception desk).

The hotel was beautiful. we had dinner in the restaurant. It was very easy to get to the port and board our ship.

The gentleman at the front desk was quite rude and not helpful. When we arrived he stated that there wasn't a reservation in my name. I showed him the correspondence I received from Booking.com. I called the hotel and they also stated there wasn't a reservation but they explained to me what I needed to do to rectify the problem, which the gentleman at the desk didn't even try to help me. I had to keep the gentleman from customer service from Booking.com on he phone until we could verified we indeed had a reservation.

Everything was so clean and really pretty, the breakfast was complete, and the room was really clean.

La atención en el restaurante y la habitación práctica para familias.

El aseo del hotel es nefasto. Áreas comunes con el piso pegachento, olor a cigarro, ascensores súper cochinos, tapetes muy muy sucios, jacuzzi muy sucio.. terrible este hotel en ese punto. La atención de recepción pésima.
