I loved everything about this property

Conveniently located off the Fraser highway and has a few meal options at site. The room itself was nicely updated and the pillows are so soft!

The water pressure was not great in the shower, took ages for the water to warm up and the shower handle needs to be tightened so the temperature kept getting hotter and I had to fiddle with the handle.

I like that the hotel was connected to the casino.

The room is not comfortable because of the fact that you can hear everything. Every door closing, people above us and the showers running. Had a terrible sleep.

The Coast was perfect for a one night stay coming through the Vancouver area. The value was great and exactly what we expected, it was nice that there was a starbucks right in the lobby for the morning. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and dark which is always a bonus in hotels.

It was fine for the value, you can tell the rooms are a little run down (rips in the shower curtain, etc) but for one night, and what we paid for it, it was fine!

room was nice and fairly up to date

the room wasn't cleaned properly when I checked in. There was debris on the floor and the shower curtain was wet and unchanged from the prior guest. There were dirty glasses outside the door for the first 24 hours I stayed. I did go to front desk and they said there was no housekeeping on duty til the next day. They gave me a small room credit.

The bed are comfortable

The room that we have, a lot of stane on the carpet and smell. I went to this hotel a couple time and this is my first time the lady at the reception not professional at all. She back staff my husband for something that he did not do and the service was very poor. In the frig, they left food and drinks from the others who came before us. The lady at the reception had made many mistakes and put us in a room in the back with a lot of noises. People was partying in the back of the hotel and at midnight you have a guy who pass the vaccum for leaves. I will never go back to this hotel. They lost a real good customer and I will go to the Holiday Inn and the Hilton where the service is always impeccable.
