I Liked the location since my nursing conference was 5 minutes away.

I hated the fact that the facility charges a parking fee. After all where else would you park! I feel like you are nickel and diming guests since they are a captive audience.

Plenty of parking, complimentary bottles of water.

Dated decor and furnishings. Considerable distance from the city centre. We stayed on the 3rd floor and ice machine was broken.

Clean enough, free snack credit, decent sized room, close to airport, they did eventually comp my parking fee too but only because I complained that I didn’t get my included breakfast that I paid for

* Breakfast ends at 9 AM with a firm cutoff, which you don’t find out until 9:05 after waiting for service and being ignored for about 10 minutes * Out of coffee at breakfast, aside from the Keurig in the hotel room * Parking costs extra to literally park at the hotel where you’re staying, and this was passively disclosed after check-in on a little orange sticky note * Didn’t sleep well at all * Very poor soundproofing. You can hear hallway conversations word for word from inside the room, including people talking at 2 AM * Blinds don’t close completely, so bright streetlights shine into the room at night * Loud, constant refrigerator hum * Very few, possibly no, food options within easy walking distance since the hotel is surrounded mostly by office buildings * Carpeting in my room was pretty gross and could definitely use a replacement
