All the staff are super helpful and friendly. Helped us a lot with bookings for attractions. Great to relax in the bar after a busy day, wonderful staff. Huge shopping mall across the road. Special mention to “Raul” he is wonderful, always has a smile, thanks.

you don’t have a microwave and you have to asked for room service, you pay 680 dollars no breakfast.

Location was great, easy to get around and lots of different stores available for shopping, eating and treats!

We didn’t like the layout of the room as the BR toilet faced the bed when BR door was open, slider. Also during our stays the ice machine on our floor was broken and the only other one was on a different floor and that one was only barely operational!

Loved the location and only 10 minutes by car to Redondo Brach Pier.

Cant check in until 4pm and bar isnt open until 4.

The location is good, close to a shpping mall and some restaurants. The pool and hot tub are nice

The hotel is quite old and run down. Furnitures, bathroom, shower. Things doesn't work properly. Water preasure in the sower is very poor, AC in one room was stuck on 77, door lock in another room broke down and it took half an hour, two trips to the front desk and waiting half an hour until it was fixed. And that goes on and on
