Hampton Inn Columbia, MD

The breakfast was pretty good. There were lots of food options: hot oatmeal, cereals, hot eggs & potatoes with boiled eggs & toast with muffins and a meat choice. I don't eat meat so the morning they offered western omelettes was tough for me. The beds were comfortable and they provided lots of towels.

I liked the close proximity to our event, however the restaurant options nearby were limited. I had asked for our room to be serviced at the front desk and to one of the housekeepers because they service rooms every other day. When we returned from our day, it was unkept. I made the effort to speak to two different people in-person and then no result. The pool was closed, which I always feel like they should sent a warning before your stay, and offer something in return for the inconvenience. I didn't like not being able to screen share my phone to the t.v. screen for apple phones.

The pool wasn’t working and I was really looking forward to the pool I actually booked this hotel because of the pool so it was a disappointment, I wish they would have said the pool wasn’t working before I booked

The quietness

4 days and 3 nights stay, Room was never cleaned. Quite an unusual experience for me at this particular hotel

Had to pay $6 for parking at a hotel in the suburbs...RIDICULOUS!

PAID PARKING WAS NONSENSE FOR THIS LOCATION IN THE SUBURBS
