The bed was poor the pillows were HARD I got up 20 minutes after I went to bed and got my pillow from my truck (that’s was a first )

I was in the perfect location close to the hospital and the staff are amazing so friendly and helpful

there was nothing to dislike

The continental breakfast was decent.

The room was small and not very cozy. The bed was smaller than a queen, the pillows were all overstuffed and uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have at least 2 of the pillows be smaller/thinner for those that can't sleep on fat pillows. The bathroom was really cramped and the tub was quite small.

Hot breakfast is good, staff were nice and accomodating. Location is good. Complimentary water in room was a nice touch. Pillows were comfy.

Hot tub out of service, spent extra booking this place so I would have access to one as my job is very physically demanding so I wish they'd let you know. Housekeeping staff are very loud talking outside my door in the hallway (for someone working nights this got very annoying being woken up every morning). Beds were springy and hard.
