Breakfast cost $15, and no microwave in the rooms!

I love this place. It’s my go to everytime I go to Chicago! Love the sheets and the bed! That’s the most important thing to me!

That at 2:40pm we couldn’t check in until 3:00pm. There was a line of people waiting that 20 min.

The check in employee, Ken, was extremely helpful to us. 2 other front desk people were quite blunt and unfriendly.

The price, my daughter got the same type of room and it was so much cheaper.

location and cleanliness

no jacuzzi! just a tiny outdated.

Location was good. Didn't eat breakfast.

Pool area needs work. Air Conditioner was loud. Stayed 3 nights after first two complimentary bottles of water we were told additional waters would have to paid for.

Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Staff allowed me to check in a few hours earlier than scheduled.

Breakfast was not complimentary.

Basic, not a fresh scent, needs upgrades

The staff customer service was wonderful and bright. My family enjoyed the pool and the hours allotted.

No face towels given during our stay. No hot tub on premises. Restaurant not open on weekends. Air Freshner in the hallway would be beneficial.

It’s a nice property. We did enjoy our stay. It is definitely a older property and it is showing it’s age but it’s nice for the money definitely liked it

Cleanliness can definitely be approved with housekeeping not terrible but not the best either. Our TV didn’t work correctly which sucked.

The breakfast was great. The waitress was super friendly. I was a little surprised the hotel charged for breakfast but it was not bad at all, can't complain. The receptionist was very welcoming and nice.

We had to be moved to a different room since the floor was wet, you could smell the moisture in that room.

I enjoyed the quietness and the lobby.

I didn’t like how outdated the pool area and room. The breakfast setup was nice but the food didn’t taste well. There was an additional charge of $15 bucks for the breakfast.

cheap stay

the breakfast could have been a little better and I know it’s a work hotel but the bar being closed on Friday Saturday Sunday was a bummer

The location is good, it was easy to get to and the spaces are well distributed.. The staff was nice. the room is big and there is enough space in the room

The facilities are somewhat old. It is a hotel suitable for short stays. The hotel pool was not working so we could not enjoy all the space.

dog friendly

no food. The web and the book in the room said there was a restaurant. it was only for breakfast. No lunch. No dinner. No room service.

The rooms where very nice and clean. staff was very nice and helpful.

The floor we were put in was a non smoking area, it smelled bad like cigarettes in the hall way. I’m grateful that it was just the hallway and not in the rooms. I stayed on second floor.

Comfortable beds , Good breakfast buffet and a Wonderful swimming pool !!!

The first room the heat didnt wk so I called front desk the gut said he would be be up to check on hours past I called back the guy went hm.iits now 2am..I was stay 2 days for my 50th bday..they agreed I could go another rm in the morning. The toilet was hard to flush I was very disappointed not to mention it was for a special occasion
