I was charged 2x for the breakfast and the staff made a comment about being tipped very unprofessional

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome and ample, and the server was fantastic. The room was clean and the Wifi worked great.

The pool area was a bit dirty and ran out of towels. Location is awkward to get to.

They need to replace bedding. It’s worn.

Room clean and spacious. Front desk polite and helpful. Were there just for an overnight bed after a wedding, not to take advantage of facilities very much - though they looked fine. Breakfast looked good.

Access via car is a bit "tricky" but not any real issue.

We called the day we made this booking to ask if both the hot tub and pool were open and in working order. We were told yes and that the both would be open until 10pm. Upon check-in we were told the hot tub was out of service and the pool would be closing in less that 15 minutes for maintenance due to an inspection the next day. I explained I was very disappointed and would like a call from management when they got in the next day. I also used the app to request the call and still have heard nothing.

old outdated rooms were dirty, for the cost should be more up to date. some folks partying pulled the fire alarm at 11 pm at the whole hotel had to evacuate the building.

Good location. Only a short bus ride to NYC.

Start not great. Room needs decorating. Cracked sink. Carpet dirty. Whole room needs updating.

The lady at the front desk told me that our breakfast wasn’t included even though I showed her the email from booking that said complimentary breakfast included in final price..then she told me the hot tub was broken, so we couldn’t enjoy that after walking around cold nyc all day I made sure the hotel we chose had a hot tub (for us) pool for (kids) so that was disappointing. Also the pool was filthy it looked nothing like the picture shown online. And finally I asked about dinner bc on the website it says dinner and room service. Come to find out they don’t have DINNER OR ROOM SERVICE, she said they haven’t updated the website! so we had to buy small bags of $3 chips

the staff were extremely friendly especially the lady who served breakfast

we only stayed here to be near the meadowbranch race track as we were at an event on the Saturday

Lowest price at the time of booking, convinience location for my purpose, free parking, breakfast package, indoor pool and hot tub.

Under staffs, took too long for the request, not so clean, need to reclean bathroom, might be just occasionally missing cleaning spot.
