We loved breakfast, The roomwas so nice and we love to come back.

Localização é ótima. Café da manhã muito bom para o padrão americano. Funcionários do café da manhã muito queridos. Recepcionistas poderiam ser mais amigáveis. Estacionamento grátis.

Quarto sujo, carpete velho.. meu filho vivia com alergia da poeira e durante a estadia não há limpeza, somente repõe toalhas e itens de higiene. Cobraram taxa de 25 dólares para receber três compras minhas. Esse foi o primeiro hotel que cobrou por isso. Além da má vontade dos recepcionistas para pegar essas três compras que fizemos pela internet.

Olha o hotel tem excelente localização, aproveitamos muito todos os restaurantes próximos onde íamos a pé, Oliver Garden, Churrascaria Fogo de Chão, Breeze e etc. A suíte que ficamos no 5 andar excelente, ampla e tudo de 1a qualidade.

Tudo funcionou perfeito, alguns dias pegamos o café da manhã mais cheio e decidimos tomar o nosso em nossa suite após compras no Walmart.

Estrutura dos quartos eram ótimas para a família.

As Limpezas dos quartos são realizadas dia sim, dia dia não. Porém não tinha um padrão de limpeza definido. Cada dia faltava alguma coisa a ser limpa ou reposta.

Do que o hotel promete e oferece, quarto bom e muito espaçoso, completo. Localização excelente e o café da manhã muito bom e variado também, aos finais de semana fica bem mais cheio e as filas aumentam. Destaque muito especial para a Rosetta e Tonya (Front Desk), muito eficientes e atenciosas e a Paola do café, uma simpatia pura.

Die Schlafcouch war schrecklich. Keine Matratze, nur ein Leintuch als Bettdecke. Quietscht bei jeder Bewegung. Das Frühstück war chaotisch. Zu wenig Sitzplätze, schmutzige Sitzplätze. Personal war teilweise unmotiviert und verschwendete Lebensmittel beim Nachfüllen.

The hotel was conveniently located. It was walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The breakfest was good with many options.

The bathroom could use some remodeling, and the more pillows and blankets avaliable

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. They couldn’t find my reservation. I’ve been over charged. The room had small deficiencies, and the lighting in the bedroom was bad

Como pontos positivos podemos mencionar a localização, e Paola, sempre presente no café da manhã e solícita com todos.

Quarto com cheiro de mofo. O ar condicionado parou de funcionar nas últimas noites e o filtro do ar estava imundo. Pouca iluminação nos quartos, com poucas tomas disponíveis. Cama desconfortável. Chuveiro bem fraco.

Location was really nice, close to some really nice restaurants. If you prefer a basic hotel that is not super clean with no housekeeping at all, you can book, otherwise, please pass. The breakfast was good.

They don't provide housekeeping facilities at all. They just changed linen and furnished supplies once during our stay. This is not mentioned when you are booking the hotel that room will not be cleaned during your entire stay. That was pretty disappointing. Guests have definitely overrated.

Everything was great, the staff was awesome and very welcoming. The hotel was more than we expected, very confortable, clean, security, quiet and close to everything. Breakfast every morning and complimentary coffee during the day.

There is nothing to dislike.

The location. Conveniently located to the convention center and restaurants and shopping. I also really liked the bed in our room it was very comfortable. The room was mostly very quiet which made it easy to sleep. I liked our view of the pool. My daughter and I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Food was good and had a good variety.

The gentleman at the front desk overcharged us for our room so when he added on the deposit the total ended up being over a thousand dollars! This really caught me off guard and made me defensive. I didn't understand why it was so much when we were only staying for 3 nights. Our room was $660 so with the deposit it should have been $800 something. I took a minute to sit down to compose myself and when I went back to the front desk a kind young lady helped me out and told me I had been overcharged. She fixed the room rate and then it was more in line with what I expected. I didn't appreciate the gentleman's attitude (I believe he was the supervisor). Another run in with the supervisor. I was trying to get some laundry detergent and when I went down to get it he didn't look at me one time. Told me he was trying to send an email. Told me I could come around and get the detergent and he would add it to our room charge which was fine. I ultimately brought the detergent back upon checking out because I didn't end up using it. I liked many things about the hotel but was disappointed that our dishwasher didn't work and something was wrong with our toaster. My daughter tried to make toast and the fire alarm ended up going off in our room. It smelled more like an electrical thing. I called the front desk around 6:30 AM and they told me that maintenance would not be able to come up and look at it until 8:00. They didn't seem concerned. Eventually our fire alarm turned off. I'm surprised that no one at the front desk was alerted that our alarm was going off... I didn't like our refrigerator; it was very loud. The couch had stains on the arms which grossed me out. I felt like I could not sit and drink my coffee. The bathroom vanity was too small. Not enough room for 2 people to get ready. Garbage cans were too small. There should have been a garbage can in every room. I loved our bed, but the sheets were too small.
