Close to the University , clean, friendly staff

The pool was closed/ not operational and we were not told, we would not have booked if we knew. Getting a hot breakfast was too involved- my daughter had a tournament at the University and we didn't have time to sit down and order something ... we opted to eat elsewhere. Last year, we paid for breakfast but were very happy with the buffet that was provided.

The bed didn't feel fresh. The sheets and bedding didn't have that feel of freshness.

It’s was a clean room and lobby

I chose this hotel knowing my errands and purpose of my trip would have had me too tired to go somewhere and eat dinner. The restaurant was closed due to change in management.

Gratuitous appetizers and glass of wine in the evening..the variety of food at breakfast. The ample seating in the dining room/lobby.

The bathroom facilities were not of the expected quality..the flow of water in the shower and sink was a bit weak. We had to request a TV remote and the remote made it a bit difficult to turn on the TV.

The card scanner in the parking garage needs to be fixed. The key cards work perfectly fine to open the room door, but when it comes to the parking garage, it works when it wants to & 80% of the time, it doesn’t want to

the pool was out of order. also, there are signs in the elevator advertising a bar on the property. however, there isn’t one.

The staff is just phenomenal at this hotel. So friendly and helpful. Casey was particularly awesome. It is very close to the orthopedic hospital, so we have stayed here 2x prior to surgeries. So convenient.

There was a dirty towel hanging on the rack (it had makeup stains all over it). The traffic sounds from the highway were a little loud sometimes (totally not something the hotel is responsible for).

I enjoyed the evening snacks that were complimentary. After a 9 hour drive, the sliders really hit the spot. It was great.

I wish there was a pool or hot rub, but thats no biggie. Cant change that. Really when i showered i had the heat all the way up and the water was still not hot. So that sucked but id still come back here.
