This property should have a backup generator in case of emergency. The power went out during my stay and there was no emergency lighting in the hallways and the elevators were not functioning.

We always stay at the Rodd Grand when in Yarmouth. We always find it clean, comfortable, good value for money in a great location. We especially love the pool and went for a swim both days. Next time we're in town, we'll be staying here again.

Didn’t sleep at all due to the room next year being extremely loud

the lobby was bright and clean. Staff was courteous, and was diligent about keeping the walkway cleaned and salted.

the furniture in the room was chipped and scratched and was reminiscent of a cheap motel. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and the bed frame squeaked with every move. the mini fridge ran almost constantly and so loud I had to get out of bed to turn the fridge off. Also if maintenance doesn’t address the lack of caulking around the tub soon, they will have serious water damage in that room.
