Very clean rooms and accommodating staff. An excellent travel property for an overnight stay or two

Very accessible location on the edge of town. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was as advertised and expected. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was effortless.

Being right on the highway was convenient, but there was some traffic noise at night as well as a train nearby. This did not bother me, but my wife is a light sleeper and noticed the noises. These were not dealbreakers and the property provided good value for the money.

The rooms were clean and affordable.

The staff/customer service was atrocious. I reserved two rooms. One with a queen bed and a sofa and one with two doubles. None of those beds were true to size and I did not get a sofa, I got a tiny loveseat. When we enquired about a cot or extra blankets/sheets we were flatly denied and rudely told the booking said it was not a pull out sofa. We agreed, but it clearly said SOFA. A loveseat is radically smaller than a sofa. Even so, my daughter still attempted to sleep on it and we were abruptly refused extra sheets/towels/blankets/etc. When I booked, I clearly told them how many people we had in our party, and their ages, and I paid the extra fees for having an extra person, yet were refused the services that those fees provided. Also, they double booked my room and some obnoxious woman kept coming to my room telling me it was hers. I didn’t engage with her, but because of their mistake, she would NOT leave me alone.
