Great place stay special for the kids

No hot water for drink

They need a bigger TV in their triple bed rooms.

Plenty of verity for the whole family. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

I liked our stay. No complaints.

The rooms are too dark. Poor lighting. Bathrooms are too dark. Poor lighting.

Swimming pool was so fun

Would have been nice to have shoes rack by the pool

Room wasn't ready until ~6:30pm

The hotel is fairly new and lovely. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the coffee maker and.supplies were good. We asked for, and promptly received, more decaf coffee. The front desk was helpful about printing my boarding passes.

The guest registering before us took forever, so we had to stand and wait about 10 minutes. LOTS of families with younger children on a Tueaday in the middle of June. They were noisy in the halls...not the hotels fault. The restaurant closest to the hotel isn't open for dinner. The restaurant that is open took an hour to bring us our meals. Getting our bill was another 30 minutes after we asked for it. So, despite all the amenities close by (in same parking lot), they didn't turn out to be the advantage we were hoping they'd be.

It was very clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable from the front desk, breakfast staff and pool maintenance).
