Good location. Quiet and easily accessible

Staff very helpful The women taking care of breakfast are so cheerful and delightful Beds super comfortable Love access to the Lifetime Fitness

The air units in rooms are outdated ( noisy and odd smell when first put on) Needs some updating (paint, carpet) Maybe an additional elevator

There were several kids from a team that ran in the hallways until 12:45 a.m. We didn't get any sleep until then. When I called the desk they made them stop. The hotel did not charge us for the room $325.00 BUT BOOKING.COM ONLY REFUNDED 35.00 WHAT A RIP OFF. I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE BAD RATINGS TO BOOKING FOR EVER.

Was hard to find the location…

It was clean

Got in elevator to find out the water was going to be shut off by the note they left on elevator wall. The next day they had the elevator out of service. We were in 311 an dhad to check out but the staircase was all the way across hotel and down 3 flights. Managment and the staff didn't offer to lift a finger for their hotels short comings

Good location, close to universities. Very clean. Nice breakfast included in price. Lovely pool.

No room service until 4th day of stay unless you specifically request it.
