I like that the staff was friendly, the happy hour, and a restaurant available.

The room was a food size and clean

I tried several times to contact the from desk from my room and no one ever responded. I had to go downstairs to get my questions answered. I also waited over an hour for the airport shuttle bus with no communication from the front desk on how long it would take. I ended up taking an Uber.

The parking sucks and is a pain to keep getting a ticket Everytime u come and go And charge $17 a day is stupid if I'm already paying to stay and I'm local so I could of just got dropped off but still charged me.. is ridiculous

Breakfast

My room wasn’t clean it was dust wasn’t updated my phone wasn’t working… I ask for my room to get clean I ask for towels i wasn’t satisfied.

The Staff was nice but it took forever to towels after walking downstairs 4 times at night to keep asking. The plug outlets was duck taped, the phones didn’t work!! I was not told about a complimentary drink, snack or entertainment so we didn’t receive it! The breakfast was great! There was leftover hair pieces in my room on floor and then you have 2 televisions but only one remote control so this is why our stay was just average!! Even at the pool there was no towels so we had to go find some or just bring our own! 👎🏾😳🤷🏽‍♀️

Overall staff was friendly, and bed was comfy.

Pillows suck. Bar prices suck. Got a lemon martini and was charged 2 different prices for it, $16 total FOR A SMALL MARTINI. If I would’ve known I was going to be charged for “overnight parking,” like duh I have to park there, I’m literally sleeping there. I would have NEVER booked. That’s nothing but a scam for more money. Maybe expand your parking lot as well because it was FULL and I had to wait for parking after returning for the day.
