Breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The only issue we had was we had four in our party and there were only towels for three. We had to go to the front desk to obtain an additional towel.

Everything went well! Closest location to American Dream Mall, the purpose of our travel. Rooms were clean, location was great, staff was awesome and breakfast was delightful! I will always stay at the Hampton Inn when I travel. There was a small snafu when checking it, but it was handled very well and the rate I paid thru Booking.com was met. Customer service was very accommodating in keeping our rooms right next door to each other as I requested. Fantastic hotel and service!

The hotel is gorgeous- looks better in person than on the website actually (usually it's the opposite). The staff went all out for the Bruce Springsteen concert at Metlife. The shuttle to and from Redds restaurant was so convenient. I will definitely stay here again whenever going to a show at Metlife!

Everyone was friendly and rooms were clean. Liked the free shuttle over to the mall.

Only one elevator so it became very congested in the morning at breakfast and checkout time.

Room 215 is pretty loud from 8:00 am, I can hear machine sound clearly every minute

location. 15-20 minutes to city center by bus (if you can adapt to the public transport system)

shower system (probably not specific to the property but common for us): not possible to adjust water pressure and temperature separately. impossible to have hot/warm water at low pressure. handheld showerhead would be better. very very low quality toilet paper(worst I’ve ever seen). please don’t say that this is due to environmental concerns. As USA, you can start by less car dependent life.

Lack of towels and wash cloths when asked for more as I had a lot of guest. Overcharged me the incidental deposit and staff wanted to argue with me about math and once she realized she was wrong she apologized saying she was tired and I could talk to the morning staff when they get in and I was also told it takes 7-10 business days to return back to my card however it has been well over that time frame and I still haven’t gotten it back. My stay was from Feb 25-26 and it’s now March 19. Nice hotel but not sure about staying again as this amount of time is ridiculous to get my money back and I don’t want to lose more money

from about 2-4am, the guest in the room across the hallway were talking loudly in the hallway and at one point banging on the door to get in for about 5 minutes.
