Very well located close to the interstate, and the rooms are not really noisy at all. The hotel is in need of a deep clean/ freshen up, but as for the bedding and bathroom, it was clean. The breakfast is not much to write about… the usual muffins, yogurt, eggs, bacon, all served on polystyrene???

Can we do away with the polystyrene and do paper? It’s the end of April, how about taking down the Christmas decorations?

Nothing and the staff (GM) was terrible. I caught him in several lies!

Staff was terrible they agreed to set up our room for our wedding night. We got there and no only did they tell me our reservations was cancelled and they didn’t set our room up for our wedding night. But gave us key cards for a room someone else was in.

I am currently in my last month of college and I had to do a LabCorp clinical rotation in downtown Charleston. the location was the best thing about this because it was just a 5 minute drive. the staff were super friendly! they helped in every way that they could and were very polite and nice. the breakfast was also really good and there were a lot of great menu options! the room was equipped with a microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, a hair dryer, plenty of plug-ins, and a lot of USB ports.

the room may have came with the necessities but for the price, it was SO DISAPPOINTING! granted, I only roomed here for around 12 hours so it wasn’t that big of an issue, but if you are booking a long stay, I would highly recommend a different location. the room had a musky and/or moldy smell about it, I sprayed so much Lysol in there I was choking because the A/C was junk. I had to use my own personal cleaning supplies because it just had not been cleaned well at all! the lighting was TERRIBLE, there were 3 wall lamps and 1 ceiling light. the biggest disappointment to me was the fact that it was advertised that this room came with a balcony and it didn’t. I also needed a desk to be able to study and do some homework but there were only 2 Christmas lights above it and it was in a dark corner so I couldn’t see anything. also, if I wanted to nitpick, I would mention the fact that there’s only 41 TV channels, the Wi-Fi was junk and would not connect to my phone, and this hotel is located right by the highway so if you get any room on any floor 1-10, you are going to hear 18 wheelers and car horns ALL night long!

Old property, needs updating. Breakfast was not so good. Staff not so friendly.

Front desk staff were very good on arrival.

The room was clean, except for the carpet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to eat. Checking in/out was smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice assotment for hot and cold breakfast foods. We also enjoyed the pool. Location was within walking distance to restaurants and the Capitol.

The ice machine on our floor was not working.

Convenient location to freeway.

Shower was not working in our room. Room could’ve used a better cleaning.
