Le petit déjeuner était bien sauf la salade de fruit qui n'était pas toujours fraiche. Le personnel était très courtois et souriant. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons eu froid. La propreté de la chambre était moyenne. La peinture est toute écalée dans la douche. Nous avons eu trois réponses pour la piscine: non elle est fermée pour bris, non elle est fermé car nous n'avons pas de sauveteur, oui je vais vous ouvrir. Branchez vous.

looks like the room was not cleaned properly before arrival. found the garbage bins full with garbage from the previous client. one of the steps on the pool had a green spot, looks like algae was growing.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable

On arrival, I found out that they had switched my room from the ground floor to the 3rd floor at the end of a long hallway. We both walk with a cane. The room was very large, TV was far from the beds, there was very little soap, no extra towels, and the shower was on the far wall I a deep whirlpool bathtub that was difficult to get into. All this even though I had reserved and prepaid for my room. I was not happy with this arrangement but was told there was nothing else available.

Location was nice, the person at the front desk was nice and gave us some restaurant suggestions.

The bathroom door did not close easily, would make a crazy noise when opening and closing. There was mould in the bathroom.

the bed was comfortable

swimming pool is the size of a large jacuzzi! coffee machine in the room did not work. too much furniture in the room so felt cramped.
