We were 10 minutes away from our volleyball venues on both days.

The noise level and kids running, yelling and swearing up and down halls all nigh and in the adjoining room next to ours. It literally sounded like they were in our room. I asked for a new room within the first minutes of entering our room, but the front desk said no there aren’t any others because we are booked. My daughter and I did not sleep at all and we were miserable all day today at our volleyball tournament. We will stay at another hotel the next time we are in town so we can get some sleep. The whole vibe of the hotel from the moment we walked in was a great big party with adults drinking in the lobby and the kids running all around the hotel. We were just wanting to get some sleep as that was the purpose of booking the room.

Emily, at the front desk, was super welcoming and friendly. The mattress was wonderful, can you tell me what brand it is?

The beds were sloppily made, is everything clean for each guest? One of the beds seemed "remade", the top sheet was not on right. The tv remote did not work, the refrigerator froze our milk. The coffee maker did not work. The fan in the heater was so noisy I thought it was a snowblower. And the carpet around the heater was soaking wet. An exhaust fan in the bathroom would be nice.

There was some sort of high school sporting event so I literally could not get into the breakfast area. At least the coffee was in a different place. I didn't think of it before I went to bed but realized that there was no bottled water in the room. That would have been nice. I was surprised at how the noise from the hall (and next room) carried. Need more noise suppression.

Front desk attendant that met us Friday evening was great. Helpful, friendly, seems genuinely to enjoy his job.

Shower drain was extremely slow. Notified the front desk on our way out. Didn't really get in the way of our stay, though.

Lady at front desk checking me out was on drugs. She was nodding in and out and passed out at the at the register as she was checking me out. Very unprofessional and very sad to see.
