DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas Campbell Centre

Clean, friendly staff, helpful

No microwave in the rooms.

It was in a convenient location and near an outstanding mall, as well as other venues.

The property looks welcoming with the comfortable seating throughout the lobby.

A great choice for a business stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Everything was smooth and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when traveling for work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable business hotel.

A couple of things could be improved: the water pressure in the shower was quite low, and the breakfast selection and quality could have been better. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would consider staying here again.

The breakfasts and mattress was quite good, and very comfortable

This may be more booking.com's fault but the explanation of the type of room was not adequate, celebrating our 23rd anniversary in a room with a gym in it, was well below expectations. Having to ask for a microwave and water options for a room costing over 250 a night is ridiculous. The hotel not even having carts for usage after waiting for 20 minutes and then just carrying multiple bags to our room was below expectations for the price. Even having to pay an extra 40 dollars for what turned out to be a basic continental breakfast did not help.
