Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Bush Intercontinental Airport

I loved it was close to the airport. The shuttle service was great. Staff were so helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The only thing was farther from downtown but that wasn’t an issue with catching an uber.

Clean, efficient, comfortable, everything works!

A bit far from restaurants etc, but understandable as its conveniently close to the airport.

It’s a airport hotel it fits the bill

The breakfast - a good variety of options!

There were some minor problems but management have contacted me to reassure me that they would be delt with. An examp was not knowing that the shuttle service ended at 11 pm, even though some flights go way past that time. They responded that the information is on their website, which is fine if you booked through their website - I didn't. Further I informed them that I was checking in after 11 pm, which they said that they are able to accommodate. Since they are an airport hotel, they could have responded that if I had intended to use their shuttle that it finished at 11 pm. Had they provided that information I would have likely chosen another hotel.
