Capone's Hideaway Motel

I had booked a room for the weekend last month online, and when I went to find it, I couldn''t. I called and right away they were ableto confirm that I had a room waiting when I arrived. Whe I got they I decided to have a room up stairs. And with no hesitation the lady went and got the keys to the new room. We did a quick walk through and she offered me the free wi-fi but I declined as I had my own.. It was a nice quiet evening with not alot of other noise coming into my room. And being right downtown was so convenient. I booked for the following week and they were very accomidating to allowing my dog. She remembered who I was and meantioned that I did't have a dog the first time, I thought that was exceptional customer service to remember me after just one stay. Unfortunately I did have to cancel as my friend was ill, but again there was no hassle there. I am hoping to book just after Thanksgiving again...and look forward to it
