Scheduled wedding using the reception area for cocktail hour
Breakfast restaurant was closed at 930 although it says it’s open till 10am. We paid for breakfast included room and could not get any breakfast. Terrible.

Staff is great, one of the receptionists gave me one of her own plastic forks since I had bought food to cook in the microwave. I forget her name but all the staff is super friendly.
Buffet food is significantly better than the small selection from previously. The food was always really good I just like eating a lot and this fixes that issue.
The ONLY complaint I have is how loud the air conditioning is. Obviously that’s not something that’s easily changed nor would I knock off any rating because of it. But it is definitely very loud, although works great!

Location great. Included breakfast great. Bicycle friendly.
Normally a great place for our cycling club hub n spoke events.
The fact that I booked a room with 2 beds several months earlier, (my cycling room mate and I weren't partners, just friends) and I ended up sleeping on an uncomfortable pullout. The beds are very comfortable at this hotel which is why we always book 1 room 2 beds. The hotel was fully booked and this was the best they could do. I did receive a 15% reduction but messing up my booking was their mistake.
