It was ok

Ramada was clean, comfortable and convenient; that's all you need. We stayed on the main floor and since this is a motel, we could park right outside our door. The breakfast was pretty standard, cereal, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, yogurt, milk, juice, again, everything you need.

The biggest complaint is that the doors are quite noisy when they close, with a bang. In this case it didn't disturb us...because we were the unwitting culprits! Sorry neighbours. Otherwise, the breakfast didn't have bacon but now we are are just being picky, the sausages were ok. The hashbrowns, on the other hand, would have been better if they had been warmed up, instead, they were cold, out of the fridge.

Good variety of breakfast. Staff restocked frequently.

The bed was comfortable and the front desk checkin staff member was very pleasant.

The room was seemingly clean… the used towels from the last patrons were hanging on the hook on the back of the bathroom door, the bathroom floor needed a good cleaning the edge of the baseboard trim and the corners had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a coffee machine in the room we were supplied with two cups, one sugar packet, two artificial sweeteners, no creamer, one decaf coffee pouch, and one tea bag pouch which had been opened. When I went to check out the staff member was scrolling on his phone I told him I would like to check out, he asked my name and said “Ok you are done”. I had to ask for a copy of my bill, which he then provided.
