Good central location, within walking distance of supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. Great view of the marina.

Overall, nothing was negative.

Everything was so lovely, beyond our expectations. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was much bigger than we expected.

Russell greeted us warmly on the phone and in person! he accommodated my requests submitted online. He was very helpful & took care of us well.

have phone chargers on night tables beside bed. some hotels have the plug ins on table lamps which are handy.

Stayed in a one-bedroom suite. Bed was comfortable. Had a very nice sitting area with a sofa and chairs, and a great view overlooking part of the harbour and the government dock (same view available from the bedroom). A very well-equipped kitchen, with all the required utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, full size fridge, stove, etc. Eating area with a table for four. Nice bathroom with large tub and shower, lots of towels provided. Nice covered outside deck, with a table for six (didn't use it as the weather wasn't the best), also a great bar-b-q (which we did use).

Location was convenient to shops and restaurants while still feeling secluded. Super helpful manager offered a plug-in for our e-car as well as showing us where the other plug-ins were. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Hearing the sea lions barking was cool.

The coffee and tea set-up was nice - I would have liked a little kettle for tea (coffee-makers boil water, but it always tastes a little of coffee) but I'm sure most visitors don't even notice.

There location was fantastic. we had the honeymoon room. the view of the boat docks and mountains was absolutely picture perfect. The areas was easy to get to all attractions and was much more relaxing than when we had stayed in other places.

the only thing would have been to leave a few more packets of coffee in the room but the owner was always pleasant about giving us more just hated to have to ask. Part of the reason is we did not ask for room change so they had no reason to enter.
