Het ontbijt was moeilijk te vinden, het bleek een restaurant achter de bar te zijn. Daar was geen personeel om 0800. om 0815 kwamen er dames en bleek je daar inderdaad wat te kunnen bestellen.

Zwaar geluids overlast van aangrenzende disco's. Vooraf stuurde het hotel een mailtje over geluidsoverlast van het "party district' op zaterdag. Dit bleek helaas ook het geval om maandag, dinsdag en woensdagnacht. Hele harde muziek (ramen dicht) tot rond 0300.

Staff was amazing

Walking into our room on the second floor there was such a strong smell of ammonia and bleach through our the hallway that made our eyes water for an hour or so. Furthermore, the room had lights that had no switches and we had to have the room in low light bc there was no way to turn on the lamps.

Bouncers and ropes at the front entrance, had to prove we were staying at the hotel every time we came back. Had to prove we were staying at the hotel if we wanted to go anywhere near the pool. Loud partying from guest rooms in the middle of the night, no relief from hotel staff. Just ridiculous.

The vibe is amazing. Super clean and smells incredible. Check in took 5 minutes… are you kidding so easy. I love this hotel.

Absolutly nothing about this place was good. i really hated every second of my time there. even when trying to think of something that was good it's almost impossible... bad things were happening with this hotel from the first second.

Worst hotel experience I've had in my life. I'm staying at high end hotels every month and have never experienced such a military, aggressive approach towards hotel guests ever. The security team force-opened my room after a druggie said that his things are in my room, they tried to say that I knew the guy, and I did, but he was never on the rooms same. After trying to explain more to them the manager called security and said that I have charged them with theft, which I didn't and that I am now trespassing and would be removed from the hotel at 11pm to the street!. Never caused any noise/disturbance to anyone. This hotel should not be a part of the w brand that I love so much, I am not canceling my Marriot membership along with 10 people from the conference we were at.
