Convenient for convention

Price. Not a good value, exorbitant fees and taxes, $5 water bottle in room, freezer not a fridge so food froze, $30 day upgrade, not a god value

The location was close to Disneyland.

The floors felt moist and dirty. The toilet didn’t flush. The drain in the shower was so clogged, felt like I was showering in a swamp. Overall, it just felt so dirty.

The food options in the hotel were good, nice having food that close to where I stay.

Walls were thin and on Saturday night could hear talking throughout, and then TV at 6:30 am.

El personal.muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, a pesar de que el hotel estaba muy concurrido por un evento de turismo. A 20 minutos caminando de Disney y con una parada muy conveniente de ART.

Talves la decoración un poco simple, pero no es nada que importe.

The hotel room was clean and staff were friendly. Lots of food options inside hotel.

You are given 4 small pillows and they were not comfortable. I could not sleep because all of the sounds in the room. The. creaking, sounds of running water from other rooms, and the ac is so loud in the room it is disturbing. I ended up just leaving it on because the room got hot without it. The ac was so loud that when it ran I could barely hear the TV. It made for a restless night with lots of tossing and turning.

What I liked was the location of the hotel about 20 min walk to Disneyland. Also, the Mickey waffles at the Mix Restaurant were really good and definitely would recommend.

Well…when I checked in the original room I booked and had already paid for was booked which had a deck and access to the pool. They moved us to the 10th floor and it was corner room way in the back and elevator access was very much occupied ALL the time I waited about 15 mins just to catch a elevator to get to the lobby. But my biggest issue was the room itself their was water leaking from the vent and the floor had a big puddle which we had to walk around. The room seemed outdated I wish I would’ve taken pictures of the bathroom the door had a weird creeky noise when you moved it and their was some weird hole in the shower might’ve been where the old shower head used to be but it was just weird. I did talk to guest services after I checked out (since I didn’t want to be “that person” that asks to switch to another room since I was only staying 1 night) about the vents leaking and she said it was most likely due to condensation and I wouldn’t be charged for it and said thanks for letting them know however she didn’t ask for my name or room number or anything… soooo overall, I was just simply disappointed by everything I’ve stayed at many different Hilton hotels in the past and it’s never been like this so that just left a bitter feeling this time around. The staff was great especially the lady who checked us in even though my original room was booked she was so nice I wasn’t even upset about it due to her customer care, unlike the guest services lady that didn’t seem to have a care in the world.

ディズニーからも歩ける距離にある（２０分程度かかる）が、その割に値段も高くない。 かなり大きなホテルだが快適にすごすことができた。 プールもしっかりしていて子供連れには喜ばれると思う。

正月に泊まったこともあるが、清掃がされていなかった。 フロントに連絡したところ、清掃員が足りなくて遅れているとのこと。 結局２０時頃に今から清掃できるが大丈夫か、と聞かれたが不要なのでバスタオルとアメニティだけ取り替えてもらった。

La verdad esperaba más de este hotel y pues decepción porque al día siguiente de hacer check in no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación y llegamos cansados con mi esposa y mi bebé dormido y todo está sucio sin hacer limpieza y así tuvimos que dormir es una gran decepción y llegue a la recepción y les pregunté porque no habían hecho la limpieza y me dicen que no sabían ellos tampoco y solo me ofrecieron toallas para el baño no creo que sea justo que tenga que pagar esa noche en la reservación que hice espero y el hotel tenga una cortesía en regresar algo de esa reservación

It wasn't very clean. The beds were uncomfortable, and we had screaming neighbors next to us who fought all night long. It's was not a pleasant experience.

I was there for work for a couple of days and the room met the expectations for a minimal stay. Nothing extra special about the room. It was clean and comfortable and close to the location for the conference I was attending.

I was located on the 5th floor and it was a long distance to walk to my room which I didn't like. It is an older hotel and the carpets in the hallway smelled musty like they hadn't been deep cleaned in a while.
