For hotel of this caliber and price point, would expect room to be serviced at least every other day at minimum. Breakfast choices were nice and also tasty (although the coffee a bit weak for me, I realize some people like it that way!).

The location was nice as it was close to restaurants and shops

The room had a musty smell and the windows did not open. The hotel said they would clean the room every four days and they did not. The hotel staff was never at the desk

The location was perfect, and the room was decently sized.

The front desk employee was passive aggressive when dealing with our check in. We were overcharged by $65. She told me there was a $30 hold for incidentals but couldn't account for the rest of the overage. She refused to show me a printout of the charges, stating they would be reversed in a few days. When we finished she tried to send me off without giving me room keys or my room number. Then she loudly announced in a snide tone to the rest of the lobby that she was really sorry for the hold-up, and sorry for their inconvenience waiting for her to handle my issues. Wow...the next day I overheard other guests talking about their plans to address management over the clerk's inability to resolve their concerns. Also, the breakfast buffet wasn't refilled or maintained well.

Hotel was bright, clean and fun. Always love having the kitchen area in the room to cook meals as we are normally at a tournament, helps to economize. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious, super clean and comfortable all around.

Room size was great - like kitchenette

Wifi not working properly-could not get connected so could not do work brought with me. Breakfast okay - not superb.

Monday thru Thursday night snack, couch could be more comfortable

The breakfast was good but did not always follow the printed menu. The managers reception was advertised to be Monday through Thursday but it was only on Wednesday. Super location-easy walkable access to restaurants and shopping as well as gas station and the interstate. The staff was very friendly and provided superior service.

The overall cleanliness of the room didn’t meet expectations. The bathroom floor tiles and grout were dirty and moldy. There should be more towel racks. We chose not to have housekeeping to help with the environment but it was difficult to dry towels.
