We would have enjoyed having a lockable door from the outside on the back door of unit #30 so that we could go to the pool and lock on our way out. We had to exit out the front door and then walk around. A lockable back door would have made it a little easier.

run down, sofa bed was not made up for our group, even when arrival time advised. small and cramped , poor layout not ideal for more than 2 people. 2 flights of steel narrow stairs, washing machine and dryer upstairs next to bedroom.

Was super easy to check in. Got an email with the code well in advance. Good layout of the suite. Kitchen was well set up with necessary items.

Cleanliness was not up to standards. When I grabbed the electric kettle, it still had water in it, clearly from a prior use. Other dishes were not clean, so we had to wash some prior to use. The deck outside the second bedroom was not useable. The upper deck with the patio was dirty (dead bugs all over). There was also a broom and dirt piles left on the patio. Had made a request for the two twins to be made into a single king size bed - was not done.

the place is clean and not stinky

no garbage bin/bag in the kitchen, the bbq was so dirty and broken (the fire was good only on one side), the bath tub cannot main the water temperature (it dropped)

Walking distance to everything was great. Having facilities such as a spa, washing machine and dryer were also great.

The beds were very hard and owner opened front door whilst we were in the premises then came 10 min later knocking on door. We felt it was an invasion of our privacy.

We liked the private hot tub, and we had lots of space for our whole family. It was nice that we had a kitchen to be able to cook food in.

Nothing.... it was amazing! Whistler was definitely the highlight of our trip. We are glad we booked there instead of the busy city of Vancouver.

Great stay for our family of 4. Comfortable furnishing, convenient location to ski shuttle and marketplace and of course the private hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed.

Stairs to access apt and second flight for bed and bath. NO fault of the owner, but the protests of the shuttle drivers and reduced bussing made for longer commute times.

amazing location right beside Marketplace with access to all stores, next to free shuttle stop, 3 minutes to base lifts, very private hot tub off primary bedroom . great layout and quiet!

It was a perfect size for our group. The property was very clean upon arrival. Trevor was responsive to all of our needs. The jacuzzis were an added bonus.

It was not as close to the village as we would’ve wanted, but the free in-town shuttle made it easy to get around.
