The decor is dated, I agree… but the bed and the pillows are very comfortable. Temperature of the room was perfect, the staff was very friendly, including the shuttle’s driver, and the breakfast was pretty decent for a continental option.

It was fine.
Room was clean but public area carpets were not. My room was in the basement which doesn't make for a comfortable night because your window is at ground level. Being a single woman in a room like that makes for a restless night. There was a huge hole in the wall behind the door because there wasn't a door spring to stop it from hitting the wall.

It was nice, had a great breakfast, a pool with a slide and a jacuzzi which was great after hiking in Banff. Staff was polite and check in was easy and quick. The room was alot bigger than expected.
The carpet was a bit old in the room and very used but it was fine

The breakfast was very good. Sausage patties and scrambled eggs are my favourite.
The room carpets are a little dated and heavily stained. The TV is most likely going to crap out, it had vertical purple lines until it seemed to warm.up.
