Air conditioners worked well.

The facility is getting run down. Food stains are on many pieces of furniture both in the lobby and rooms. The breakfasts were really sub standard. The pool and hot tub were out of order. Our entire time there, it sounded like Shrek was stomping in the upstairs hotel room, and the homeless in the area are getting bad again. It's not overly safe. I paid an extra $20. to park in the below ground parking for my vehicles safety, but the garage door was broken and always open. Leaving it accessible to anyone that wanted to walk in. Been at this hotel many times, sadly we won't be going back...

The room was great for what we wanted.

The location was not a desirable location. There were to many folks wanting hand outs and it made it difficult to walk around if you wanted to.

Sammy was the best!! They went above and beyond because the pull out couch was broken so they got us another room and it was their first night alone, she did great!

the boiler was replaced and we were unable to shower, the property didn’t let us know right away whether the drinking water was safe to drink

Everyone was so friendly.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is a generous and quality buffet (with self-made waffles!) and staff helpful when needed. I recommend this hotel!
