Estuvimos en Villa de 2 dormitorios. La amplitud de las habitaciones, sala de estar, cocina y hasta baños nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. Tienen gran diversidad de utensilios de cocina. Por otro lado, los servicios, actividades y espacios de distracción y comidas son muy variados. Esta vuelta no hice Tenis ni Golf como en visitas anteriores, porque fue plan exclusivo familiar, pero ambas están muy bien cuidadas. Nuestro espacio predilecto era River Island (Varias Piscinas, toboganes, solarium, restaurant, mini golf, etc.). Finalmente, nos gustó la cercanía con Disney.

Las distancias hacen que para movilizarse dentro del predio debas hacerlo casi siempre con auto. El servicio de limpieza y toallas es semanal. Si bien tenes lavadora y secadora, sugeriría hacerlo 2 veces x semana.

The property was huge. 14 acres and tons of activities. There’s a Publix on the property and the Main Street outside the property has all the food and stores you will need. Close to Disney not close to Sea world or Universal.

The property is huge and we were assigned to the back of the property. So by the time you got Home after 10 hours walking at Disney it takes at least 10 more minutes to drive to your room. Also the picture you see above does not Exist that is NOT on the property. This is a timeshare you WILL be hit up for a time share at some point during your stay. There is wildlife all over the place. We are from the city and we are not used to wildlife. The animals were a little too friendly for us which made us think that people on the property must be feeding them. We also saw dead animals on the property which again happens when the humans don’t realize these are wild animals looking for food and not necessarily speeding vehicles. The rooms need updating and cleaning but this is post Covid times and I’m used to certain things no longer happening like daily cleanings.

The accommodations were clean and spacious. The resort was conveniently close to several food and entertainment options. The check in process was simple.

The Villas were simply amazing and it felt like i was staying at home. All facilities were top notch and ammenties were in plenty. comfortable, relaxed enviroment

Booking team have to inform the client that villas are very far from the main building, it requires a car or else you have to walk to the shuttle stops and wait for the bus.

Room: We got the River Island 2 BR Villa on the 5th floor. It was terrific! Gives you a picturesque view of the water features on the grounds. I highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room and hotel overall was very clean. The room had all the necessities we needed during our stay.

When I get there , it’s took me almost two hour to check in. My reservation was booked including all fees. They tried to charge me xtra money which at paid while booking . I booked a villas the give me one single hotel room. They Also forcing me too buy share . That was a disaster. Never again.

1. Bungalow is quite spacious with especially big living room space 2. There is a big kitchen, dining area and fridge is pretty big. This is particularly handy in summer 3. Good location though it's not next to anything it's a short drive. There are nearby choices for food and everything 4. Ok-ish swimming pools , kinda-good food and golf in the resort itself. Arcade game nearby. You will have much fun just in the resort itself

1. Cleanness. The garbage bins outside the room was not cleaned up for days with a strong smell 2. No breakfast instead we are given 15 per person credit per day. In addition the restaurant was closed for business between 11 and 12.... very inconvenient sometimes 3. Nitpicking, but the TV in rooms are too small for such a spacious living room 4. Arcade games seem need maintenance as lots of them are broken

We loved the location of our room! The Fun Team was excellent this year! We have been coming over 5 years and this is the best Fun Team we have ever encountered!

The pool chairs could have been a little cleaner.

The room and pool were very nice. I liked that the resort is gated and not everyone can get into the resort unless you have a key.

The location was great.

The beds were horrendous. They were really hard; we barely got any sleep. The furniture was was old and looked dirty. After a long day out, we didn’t find relief in the hotel. I couldn’t wait to leave.

No accommodations made when unforseen circumstances arrived in the form of a car accident and arriving late on the second day of booking didn't get to enjoy the resort and wasted money very disappointed

next time advertise the lazy river and golf etc are not included. didn’t like to be forced to go to a timeshare showing in order to use the lazy river. all prices should be posted on the website. i felt that wasn’t disclosed and would have inpacted my decision to stay at this hotel. I’m on vacation to relax not to be harassed into buying a timeshare. restaurant was expensive and the breakfast included was not worth it. post your restaurant prices!! also didn’t know housekeeping was not included. your website is poorly and vaguely done.
