Room was large, love bath plus shower, plenty of towels, pillows, spectacular views. Love the 27 wedding venue, food was great, bartending staff were very polite and accommodating. Thank you for a lovely celebration!!
How far the walk was from parking to check in back to Forum Tower after traveling... Alternative check in desk in both towers would be great.

Location
The queen size bed near the window was not comfortable. It was sagging . The internet was not working or too slow. The carpet looked new but there was a stale smell to it.

All the facilities and the location of the hotel
The temperature of the air conditioner is a bit weird to adjust to the right ones. Also the noise is quite loud which is annoying...

Very big and open and clean
The staff was not so inviting. I had an interaction where a staff member deliberately avoided giving me service looked up at me and ignored me so much so that the lady ( co worker) attempted to get his attention. He heard her and still ignored me. She apologized for his behavior and helped.the other encounter the lady at the front desk was being rude.
