great pool area for price point

Eat at the hotel and went out a couple of times

the house keeping very very bad, they did not clean our room, washroom and bathroom was dirty and they put just 2 towels for us but we were 4, they did not put shampoo and soap for us

Staff was very friendly! Location was perfect for our trip. Family member had an early morning medical procedure the following day and we were less than 10 minutes from the facility. Breakfast was enjoyable. Better than most others that I've had. Our room, on the first floor, faced the pool and had a sitting area just outside of a "back" door, making it easy to access the pool.

The shower needed a much better cleaning. it had what looked like a little bit of mold at the bottom where the pan and wall meet.

Very clean. Super friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Love the convenience of our poolside room.

Hotel was in a nice safe spot. Rooms were nice, bed was comfy. Staff was nice and breakfast was good.

Trash in hallways outside of every room when we checked in.

we booked a king suite with a sofa bed with intentions on letting our three year old sleep on the sofa bed, but soon realized it was covered in rat poop 🙃
