I will stay there again for sure. I picked one with 1 bedroom suite and had little kitchen too.

Liked free hot breakfast daily. Hot coffee n tea all day.

Kinda out of no where. So no 7-11 near etc. BUT there is star bucks, Chinese n pho and Korean, Indian food right there I can walk to.

The property is in need of some TLC. The pool and hot tub were pretty run down. The room had an overwhelming bleach odor and was very dark.

Bad experience, I will never return to this hotel again.

Very good bed, clean room and space.

Extremely disappointed, I received a message from the Hotel informing me that I had benefited from an upgrade, but to my surprise when I went to check-in, I was informed that it was no longer available. I was informed at reception that breakfast would be until 10am, but when I arrived at 09:35 I was informed that breakfast would be until 09:00am. Why send an email message informing you of the upgrade and at check-in, it is no longer available? Why was I informed that breakfast would be until 10:00am?

Exceptional

The suite layout with a kitchen was perfect for long stay. The stove top could be a little bigger as you can comfortably fit only one pot/pan but it was still convenient. Also maybe more cooking utensils that are essential to cooking would be great but I was still able to make it work. The free parking and breakfast was also perfect and a plus.

The unit furniture could be cleaner/newer, they were dusty and musty but that's just the age of it. I'm sure overtime there will be furniture and finish upgrades.

Staff were very helpful. We had no hot water and got a free upgrade to a better suite. Facilities were very good, everything was clean and well equipped.

Pool area, including the BBQ grille, can't be used after 9pm. The mattress on the extendable sofa was OK in the first room (foam) but was poor in the second better room (regular springs so you can feel the steel bars when lying down). Wouldn't recommend if you plan to sleep on a sofa.

The rooms we’re comfortable and the kitchen usable.

The staff was very helpful with accommodating us with a late check out because of our changes travel plans.

The breakfast food was cold and not very good.

AC didn’t rally work and some of the dishes were dirty. also my son who crawls was filthy. black on the tops of his feet from the floor. needs to be steamed cleaned once in a while.

Best park and fly deal we have ever enjoyed.

Great place to stay before flying from SJC - includes 14 days safe parking. Complementary cab to and from SJC is a nice touch. Breakfast was top notch. As SJC has more direct flights, like Tokyo and Guadaljara, we will be back.

Forgettable but decent stay

Decent but very overpriced place in Santa Clara close to San Jose airport. The room size is impressive and cleanness and breakfast are OK.

The place is entirely forgettable. Also some noise form the AC units on the ground floor. Luckily we were given a room in the 2nd floor so that was ok.
