It was nice breakfast was included and the hotel itself was in good shape. The staff were mostly friendly and the location was great.

In our room, the toilet and shower leaked, there was no working clocks in the room (our alarm clock had corroded batteries), and the key card to get into the room rarely worked on the first swipe.

The complimentary breakfast was best we've had in a long time. Restaurant attached gave nice choices and was good.

no stairs had to carry luggage up stairs and we are getting up in age.

The rooms were clean.

The breakfast was not great. The hash browns were only cooked on the outside and the server was not very good.

There was some confusion when we first arrived but I will say the staff recovered well and even bought the crew dinner to make up for the initial bumps. There was a wildfire in the area so we don't hold them to the fire (so to speak) for a little chaos initially. Their response was appreciated and we would use this location again for sure.
