I’m not familiar with Portland but it seemed like a good location?

Upon checking in, I didn’t realize I’d have to pay for parking as well. I guess I missed that when I booked the hotel. My bed sheets had stains, even the adjacent bed had stains. I stepped on old food left over from a previous guest. I was told that a cleaning crew was kept to a minimum. The pillows seemed cheap for the bed it was on. I got dinner from the restaurant but it was so so, tasted like it was made in a microwave. I had already paid for an upgraded breakfast but apparently I had to pay again to get the upgraded upgraded buffet. Which was convenient but the food tasted like it was left over from the other night or day and thrown on the heater. Overall, it felt like I was being nickel and dimed for everything only to be disappointed by the lack of quality. I rolled with it though as my stay was a short one but I’ll probably look elsewhere in the future.

We loved the location. it was very close to a lot of downtown locations.

Over room did not seem very clean. the ceiling tiles had mold on then in our room. There were no mini refrigerators, and no Continental breakfast even though the listing on bookings stated it did. when we called downstairs to ask what time the continental breakfast was the desk clerk was short and rude. He stated there was not one and we would have to pay extra for it even though it was listed as included.

The fact I got the wring room, was over charged, a stranger was given a key to my room, and they locked me out by deactivating my key.

Good location, easy ride on the Max to the Moda center. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The room was dingy with dirty walls. There were limited outlets -none of the lamp outlets worked for charging our phones and the one wall outlet was covered in grease and sticky. Our sheets were ripped but appeared clean. Rooms have thin walls, we could hear our neighbors partying all night.

The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful, except 2 cleaning ladies that laughed behind my back after I accidentally pressed a wrong button in the elevator.

Those 2 cleaning ladies were rude. Also, the floor in my room was very dirty. There was somebody's hair all over bathroom. But the worst thing were the hidden charges. My booking was $793 but when I checked out it was $941 all of a sudden. Never again.

There wasn't anything

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my life. Without a doubt. Not only did the front desk employee not want to help me out in any way with my Reservation, but then he told me he didn't know how to rent me a room for the night. It was my birthday, and he sent me away to walk like a mile in 20° degree weather. The next morning I went back and the lady found my Reservation just fine! What a joke and absolute embarrassment of an establishment. Do better.
