Great location.
The Manager is at walking distance from the property and arrived in minutes when I needed.
Quiet neighborhood
Improvised bathroom not big enough, but if you are planning to use the room just for sleeping, it's fine

Location was within 3km to downtown.
No coffee maker. No hand towels.

The location was close to downtown, it was easy to visit Toronto. The stay was comfortable for it’s price, and Gary wad nice enough to give us a room even though it was a really last minute change.
We couldn’t find a kettle for hot water, but it’s not a big deal.

The location was convenient for me. The caretaker was very responsive and attended quickly to my requests.
Very basic and somewhat outdated inside. My room had a spare mattress stick into a space that could have been used as an open wardrobe for example. Lights in the toilet and bathroom used to randomly come on and off. It’s an old property and is probably hard to maintain so they keep the business down to the core minimum - basic facilities and cleanliness.
