Everything! Clean, nice, comfortable and the staff was so friendly and helpful!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was fresh and there was a good variety to meet anyone's needs. The complimentary bottles of water upon arrival were a very nice touch in this Texas heat. Thank you!

The A/C in the room was loud and was cold near the unit but didn't cool the entire room very well. The sheets had a few long hairs in them before I had slept in them.

The hotel was clean, smelled good, the room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed it.

The Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who took care of breakfast. She was amazing and so kind! I was glad to have coffee available throughout the day.

The Google maps info is incorrect. A local shuttle is not provided. We were told breakfast was until 10, but it wasn't. They said it was written on the paper they gave me with the keys, but it wasn't. The bathroom door in my room 215 was warped by water damage. Rooms are not automatically cleaned every day. It's an inconvenience to have to request it. It should be done anyway and new towels provided. One night there was not enough parking and we had to go to the Joe's Crab shack parking lot.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was warm and friendly.

The shower need to be update, water pressure is small, and the first room stayed , the pipe was leaking.

The location

it was under maintenance and there was a lot of loud fans in the halls. The restroom from the lobby. The sink water did not work. It was missing the handle.

Location Breakfast was good

The curtain in the room was 6-8 inches too short and we were on first floor. The evening desk clerk said he would come look and never did. He wasn’t friendly or helpful. we had to put ironing board on top on A/c to cover gap so you couldn’t see in from the parking lot
