The fitness center didn’t replenish sanitation wipes and towels should be located in the fitness center rather than having to go to the front desk.

I loved how the receptionist receives guests with great charisma, professionalism, and her passion for her work. I got a suite, very comfortable and spacious, I'll definitely come back here.

Property needs updating. We lost cable one night and the next day. Bathrooms really need updating.

We found glass on the top of the counter top. The counter top in the bathroom was dirty and the white sheet has couple of black stains. There were used sugar package and no creamer in the room. We stayed in this property many times and on this stay we were very disappointed. we asked for the General Manager to call us back and he did not call us. we probably will stay on the Spring Hills next to the Embassy, on my next visit.

The generator for the hotel was not functioning. We lost power during the hurricane so no AC and then lost water. Had to evacuate hotel without elevators down many flights of stairs and no emergency lights! Disabled people barely got out. Poor maintenance at the property!
