the location was great

the apartment was dirty and dusty, many of the blinds were broken, the beds were very uncomfortable

The key pick up system is outdated. There should be electronic locks and codes sent to the customer. We had to wait in the parking lot to pick up keys after a day of skiing. On the last day we packed up to ski for the day but you have to drive the keys off site to turn them in and then drive back to the mountain to ski. The ski tickets are expensive and wasting time driving keys around eats into your ski time. Updating the key system would be so much more pleasurable.

the kitchen and living spaces were nice

The beds were pretty bad. When we called for someone to check the carbon monoxide alarm, because it was peeping when we arrived. They said they would send someone but no one showed up. There was a flood a few weeks ago and the people we got the keys from kept saying they hadn't been over to see it, which would explain why it didnt seem super clean and kind of had a smell when we first showed up/
