Nothing we loved it

When I arrived, I realized my room was going to be pretty far from where I needed to be. The hotel has several different buildings that are all connected, and since I was there for an event, the location of my room made a big difference. I spoke with the front desk, and they were incredibly helpful in getting me moved into the main area where the event was being held. I also ended up needing to extend my stay by an extra day, and once again the staff went out of their way to help. They were able to arrange everything so I could stay in the same room instead of having to pack up and move. The front desk staff was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, and I really appreciated how easy they made everything for me.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the coffee at the restaurant. The breakfast itself was tasty, but I would highly recommend investing in a better coffee machine or a better brew. Since the event I was attending lasted all day, it was difficult to step away to find better coffee elsewhere. Surprisingly, I actually found the coffee provided in the room to be slightly better!

Location

I was under the impression we booked a garden view room, being 1st floor, but we got a second floor with no elevator, (I did not know this until unloading luggage) lobby was not very close so dealt with it with back and knee injuries. The room was clean but had a stale smell. Also, when we checked in we were asked if we had a vehicle, yes we did, we were have a scannable ticket and told we could come and go as much as we wanted just use the ticket never was told there was an additional $25 charge. The room was prepaid through booking.com only thing asked was for a credit card for a $50 deposit. Never was mentioned about the parking fee until I received my folio and I've been charged.
