Hôtel Manoir de l'Esplanade

Nice breakfast but not sure of the rationale for self serve and staff served sections

Room was a little cool, even with heat on. Bathroom was tiny. Having said that, would consider staying there again.

This was our first visit to Quebec City and staying at the Hotel Manoir de l' Esplanade made our stay at this magnificent city all the better. This historic hotel and it's friendly and very accommodating staff was an excellent choice for us to stay at. The location in Old Quebec allowed us to walk to just about all of the very many points of interest including the great restaurants, shopping and historical spots. Our room was very comfortable and the ,included, continental breakfast was also very good. We would strongly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Keep up the great work!

Location was perfect on the edge of old town. Walking distance to everything we needed. The character of the hotel felt authentic and had a great vibe. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast was tasty and ample. Would stay again.

Our room was on the smaller side. It was pricey but that is North American is general in our experience.

The location... The decor at front and dinning hall. Coffee at reception.. Lady Lilou.. Her way of attending guests.. Lady who do the rooms was a smiling charm.

The staff was too reserve at breakfast and counter except Lilou.. The sink was semi blocked, washroom door lock was not in order.. I stayed 3 nights under same condition.. I didn't ask anyone to help because of too reserve behaviors.. It needs a proper renovation.. Old looks are ok but uneven floor is not... Breakfast was compromised type.. Nothing salty all sweet except boiled eggs.. Bedroom slippers to be added as long as there are wooden floors.. our slippers noise.
