Cleanliness and noise from aircon and the empty refrigerator installed (waste of energy, by the way)

The pool was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The kids had a blast.
The room was also very clean, beds were comfortable.

Breakfast and coffee was great pool was great
160$ a night and having to drive around town to get change for the laundry services as they do not keep loonies on hand for the guests they are charging. All around good hotel but charging guests to do laundry at the rate we are paying is absurd.

lots of stuff out of order including pool. constant noise in room - located above the main entrance door - vibration and mechanical sounds all night

The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good in the shower.
The fridge made a loud whining sound that woke me up a couple of times. The carpet felt dirty like it really needed a steam clean. The temperature did not stay regular in the room. It was too hot not matter what I set it at.

Reception was great when we arrived. The beds were a very welcoming sight and comfortable.
Had trouble connecting via email or phone to advise our flights were late. Our TV and Lamps and some plug in sockets did not work. For the inconvenience it would have been nice to receive a discount. No laundry bags in the room.

This property is well located close to several food options, a shopping mall, as well as close to other city amenities.
It is very clean & has very friendly, welcoming staff members, ready to assist at any time of day.
The day of our check out the computer system was down so we were unable to settle our bill properly. Several days later we are still dealing with some issues related to that. Staff have been very kind, helpful & professional in dealing with this matter, which we hope to resolve soon.
