Aura Hotel Times Square

Friendly staff ..cleanliness and location plus excellent bar next door which was outstanding ...

Hotel has no ameneties per se .... i mean foryer and rooms that's all there was ... paper cups in rooms ... everywhere was painted biege ..... just not much character ...

The location is excellent! the housekeeping are nice and do a good job The staff was friendly and smily

The hotel has a fantastic location for shows and major attractions. Despite being close to Times Square, the rooms were quiet and I heard no noise. Rooms are clean and the reception area is welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who greeted guests and handled luggage, making us feel very welcome.

Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small, and we had to climb over our suitcases as there was nowhere to store them. However, the biggest issue was how loud the air conditioning was. Whenever it switched on, it sounded like an alarm going off and made it very difficult to sleep. To be fair, the staff did try to resolve the problem by providing a mobile air-conditioning unit, but unfortunately this was just as noisy. We were then moved to another room, but that also had a noisy mobile unit. We stayed for three nights and, unfortunately, hardly slept at all. The staff did their best to help, but the noise from the air conditioning really affected our stay
