Excellent location vs Outlets.

Nada.

Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Coffe was good, though.

No towel bars, no hooks to hang clothes in bathroom, no drawer space to put non-hanging clothes.

shower was not clean there was hairs. breakfast was ok. coffee didn’t taste like coffee too cheap. juices was just cored and sugar water

Comfy beds, free breakfast

Housekeeping. The first room we got was a mess and had not been cleaned. The guy at the reception said they had been full during the long President's Day weekend, and only one housekeeper showed up the next day. Not sure if that's an excuse I should accept. Also, the water vending machine was out of water bottles, and there were stains on my sheets, but I was too tired to complain so I just slept on one side of the bed. Looks like EVERYONE went on holiday. Maintenance for such a centrally located facility should be better.

The bed, shower, tv, WiFi, lighting, andd free breakfast were all great. Carts were available to move luggage.

The fridge and microwave were good but no grocery stores in walking distance.

Bed, television menu, and after hour access to snacks were certainly acceptable. No complaints there.

Bathroom door was damaged, but not repaired. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was not a real breakfast. It was more like continental breakfast. No eggs, bacon, or sausage were offered. Just waffles, fruit, juice, milk, and cereal. Plus coffee ( from a machine ) and Danish.

nobody to check you in. rang bell and waited 15 minutes. finally called the hotel number and someone came down.

Noisy people in the next room. Yelling screaming kids, noisy toys at 1am. The facility itself was okay but the horrible people which were right behind the reception desk should have been thrown out.

my room would not lock and the clerk had the nerve to say go ahead and leave I’ll watch over your room!!! wth they could not accommodate me for the king deluxe room I paid for, but could only give me a queen double bed room. I’ll NEVER go back!
