Great location in the heart of Midtown. The complementary snacks and beverages are a great plus.

The rooms are extremely small and you can’t appreciate it by the fotos posted online. The beds are super tiny, it almost resembles a single bed, my wife and I couldn’t sleep well any night. Some of the bellboys only opened the door to a certain-looking type of people.

Hotel was lovely, good location. The staff were excellent friendly and helpful

The included breakfast was a let down, Supposed to be a continental breakfast but no toast, cereal just croissant and yoghurt and tea or coffee. A bit disappointing. However the breakfast in the restaurant (that you paid for) was good.

The 2nd floor "break" room was so nice. Having a latte and cheese danish in the morning, grabbing a coke in the afternoon or a tea before bedtime was wonderful. The doormen were friendly and fun to chat with. All of the staff were professional and helpful. Location was perfect. We're already planning our next visit and have finally found the perfect hotel for us.

- Renovationsbedürftigkeit der Zimmer und Flure - Stark ungenügende Isolation des Hauses, was im Winter den Betrieb der lärmigen Klimaanlage unter Vollast nötig macht. Trotzdem friert man im Badezimmer. - Umso wichtiger wären die Hausschuhe, die in booking.com auch als Standardausstattung der Zimmer deklariert sind, aber gefehlt haben. Mehrfaches Nachfragen bei der Rezeption hat zwar zu Beteuerungen geführt, man werde sicherstellen, dass die versprochene Ausstattung auch wirklich zur Verfügung steht, passiert ist aber nichts: Die Hausschuhe haben bis zum Schluss gefehlt. - Der Frühstücks-Service im Restaurant ist zwar freundlich, aber nachlässig, unzuverlässig und inkompetent.
